FA Trophy: Colls to host Marine

It was tenth time lucky for Colls in the FA Trophy draw this lunchtime as, after nine consecutive away draws in FA competitions, the black and whites were finally handed a home tie with Marine set to visit the Kensite Stadium in the Buildbase FA Trophy Second Round Qualifying. The tie will take place on Saturday 11th November 2017 with a 3pm kick off and is the reward for Saturday's 4-2 victory away to divisional rivals Kendal Town and again makes Colls history in what is the club's maiden FA Trophy campaign. Marine - who boast ex Colls midfielder Vinny Bailey in their ranks - play a division above Colls and are currently in 20th position in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division and progressed to this stage of the competition with an impressive 3-1 victory away to Whitby Town on Saturday.
