GAME ON: Newton Aycliffe

Tonight's FA Vase match will go ahead as planned. This if the fifth attempt at playing our Third Round tie at Newton Aycliffe. With a saturated pitch and more wet weather expected today the decision has been made to move this match to the former home of Durham City FC. This offers an artificial surface meaning wet weather will not postpone this game further. If the match is a draw after extra time, a replay will most likely be played at Alder House on Saturday. The winners of the tie will face Northern League side Marske United at home in the Fourth Round.  The winners of the Fourth Round tie will travel to Surrey to take on Camberley Town. The address for tonight is:
New Ferens Park Belmont Durham DH1 1GG Kick off is at 19:45. Extensive updates will be available on @ACFC1916.
