Atherton Collieries today regretfully announce that our upcoming friendly with Huddersfield Town, scheduled for Tuesday July 20 at the Skuna stadium, has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. All at Colls would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, and would like to add that all tickets purchased for the game will be eligible for a refund from the club as from Monday morning (July 19).

We would also like to thank Huddersfield Town for their co-operation in this matter, and wish them well for their upcoming 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign.
Meanwhile, Brad Cooke’s men will now continue their own pre-season preparations with a game on Saturday July 24 back at the Skuna stadium, details of which are to be announced by the club in due course.
