The draw has been made for the first round of the Lancashire FA Partners Foundation Challenge Trophy with Colls handed a tie away to North West Counties League First Division North side Nelson.
Last season saw Colls receive a bye from the First Round of the competition but were eliminated at the second round stage by league rivals Bamber Bridge.
Colls last visited Nelson for a 3-0 defeat in the Men United Cup in November 2016, though Micheal Clegg's side did run out 2-0 victors when visiting Little Wembley for a league fixture earlier that season.
The Lancashire FA Partners Foundation Challenge Trophy First Round is due to take place on the week commencing 24th September 2018 with confirmation of the fixture to arrive in due course along with the likely rearrangement of the Evo-Stik League Division One West fixture at home to Prescot Cables that was originally scheduled to take place that week.
