Market Drayton Town Preview

Tomorrow we host the other team in the league who we haven't previously faced in our history, Market Drayton Town, following our midweek win at Chasetown. Indeed, The Gingerbread Men are the first team we will ever face from the county of Shropshire. Drayton are in decent league form, being unbeaten in their last three games, and sit 12th in the league despite five of their eight games so far being away from home. Cup competitions have not been so fruitful with elimination from the FA Cup, FA Trophy and Integro Cup meaning our visitors are left to concentrate on the league. Injuries and player availability means that Drayton will be somewhat of an unknown quantity tomorrow. The goals have been spread out amongst the team, with the men to watch including Desean Martin who has international experience with Monserrat, Charlie Knowles, Matty Ballard and Glynn Coney. Drayton's squad also being boosted by Jud Ellis' return from Telford United. We were saddened to hear of Stefan Walker's double fracture of his leg against Monday's visitors Prescot Cables and wish him a swift recovery. Colls come into the game sitting 2nd in the league, unbeaten in the league since August. The return of Greg Hartley midweek being a massive plus, with Gaz and Josh Peet also back in contension. Date – 06/10/18 Time – 15:00 Postcode – M46 9EY Admission – £7 adults, £4 Concession, £2 U16
