As announced by manager Micheal Clegg in his post-match interview on Saturday, also returning to the club is forward Matt Chadwick who joins us on loan from Warrington Town.
Previously playing a handful of games on loan for Colls in the North West Counties at the very start of their championship campaign of 2016/17, Matt returned to Ashton United where he was instrumental in their promotion to the National League North.
Joining Altrincham in March, Matt appeared against Colls for the Robins early in pre-season. He then returned in the colours of Warrington Town where he scored the Yellows 4th goal in that 4-2 victory in August. The signing represents a real statement of intent by the manager.
Meanwhile young winger Brad Lynch is to head out to Mossley for a month, Cleggy said:

He was fantastic for us early doors, then his ban was spanned over 3 weeks due to postponements etc. and with how our fixtures lie now, it could be 6/7 weeks without a start for him so he needs to be playing. Brad’s a fantastic player who we hope to have back with us in a few weeks but for now it’s vital at this stage in his career that he is match sharp and playing.”
