We are delighted to welcome defender Matty Makinson to the club, on loan from Colne FC.
A product of the Blackburn Rovers Academy, Matty had a spell at Warrington Town before signing a two year contract at Colne in 2018. Steve Cunningham’s side, whose progress has mirrored our own over the past few years, making the Division One play-offs last season.
The imposing centre-half trained with the squad on Thursday as they prepared for the trip to second placed Basford United tomorrow.
