We can today confirm the additions of Jesse Ebosele & Clive Smith to Brad Cooke's Atherton Collieries squad. Eagle eyed supporters may remember Jesse Ebosele through his trial with Colls last pre-season, notching a goal against Liversedge in the final match of our 2021 pre-season schedule.
Jesse has previously played under the tutelage of Colls coach Joe Duckett for Eccles Sixth Form. The striker played last season within the AFC Fylde Academy set-up, where he scored 14 goals in 19 games as the u19s finished second in the National League North.

Clive Smith returns to the Black & Whites following a short stint at FC United of Manchester, after initially departing the Skuna Stadium at the end of last season. Clive made five league appearances in Moston, alongside two cup outings, and returns to the Stripes with 112 games and three goals for the club already to his name.
