The Colls would like to provide a squad update for supporters following this weekend's exciting victory against Ashton United. The versatile Ollie Brown, who has played in both midfield and defence for the Colls this season, has returned to the Skuna Stadium on another short-term loan deal, and featured on Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Colls can also announce the departures of Max Bardsley-Rowe, who has returned to Macclesfield and since made his loan debut for Widnes, and Olly Roberts, who has re-joined Colne on a permanent basis. We would like to thank both players for their contributions to the club and we wish them the best of luck with their future endeavours.
We can also confirm that Luke Nicholls and Evan Cunningham have joined Irlam on a dual-registration basis, with Luke Nicholls scoring a debut goal for the side against Burscough on Saturday. They join up with Connor Phelan, who has already made five appearances for the Silver Street outfit also on a dual-registration basis.
