News: Six days until kick off!

Colls will open their pre-season schedule on Saturday when we travel to NWCFL Premier Division side West Didsbury & Chorlton.  Then on Thursday 13th July, Chorley will be the first club to play at The Kensite Stadium this summer.  Two days later on Saturday 15th July, Colls travel to Conwy Borough who were relegated from the Welsh second tier last campaign. This match is the annual jolly boys outing game and a strong following is expected. The fourth game of pre-season sees Bolton Wanderers send a side to The Kensite Stadium for the third year running. This match will take place on Wednesday 19th July and ticket details will be announced soon. On Saturday 22nd July, Evo-Stik Premier Division side Warrington Town come to Atherton for what will be the first meeting between the two sides for a number of years. Colls are then on the road again two days later when they travel to local rivals Daisy Hill on Monday 24th July.  Their final home match of pre-season comes in the form of the NWCFL Challenge Shield on Saturday 29th July when league cup winners City of Liverpool come to The Kensite Stadium. It will be the first meeting between the two sides and with silverware up for grabs it promises to attract a decent crowd. Pre-season is then wrapped up on Tuesday August 1st when Colls travel to current Evo-Stik Division 1 North champions Lancaster City.
