This evening the Collieries welcome a Bolton Wanderers XI to the Kesnite Stadium for the third consecutive pre-season in a row. In the past, this now annual fixture has served up some fantastic games. Last year the two sides met on a very pleasant Saturday, nothing could separate semi-professional from professional with both outfits scoring three goals apiece. One thing is always certain, no matter what side the Whites send down, it will be a good test for Atherton.
