Refund and Returns Policy

As a small community business, we are happy to help should you simply change your mind and wish to return a product.

The goods must:

• Be returned within 14 days
• Have the original proof of purchase receipt
• Be unworn and in a saleable condition
• Have the correct packaging and original guarantee paperwork

We are happy to offer an exchange on a 12 month store credit.

Please note that any item specially ordered for you into the store that is not part of our normal stock offering will not be able to be returned.

This of course, is in addition to your legal rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015) In any case whereby you return a faulty product, we reserve the right to send the item for an independent assessment as required by law.
