The Collieries can also confirm the departures of fan-favourites Ben Conway and Danny Taberner.
Ben Conway departs following a Man of the Match performance on Saturday, and has amassed 84 appearances and 12 goals for the Stripes over the course of three separate stints, beginning in March 2013. Ben departs to begin another overseas excursion in the United States, and we will be following his progress in Texas closely!
Danny Taberner likewise departs as a Colls icon. Danny has become incredibly popular on-and-off the pitch over his two spells at the club, amassing 114 appearances between the sticks, as well as some impressive performances so far this season. Of course, we would certainly like to wish Ben and Danny the best of luck with their future endeavours, and both players will definitely be given a warm welcome back to the Skuna when our paths may cross again.
