Prior to the start of the new campaign, the Black and Whites would also like to confirm two departures from last season’s squad - Rick Smith and Vinny Bailey. We would like to thank the pair leaving Atherton Collieries for their efforts throughout their time with the club and we wish them well for the future. Colls’ pre-season preparations begin this coming Monday – June 28 – as we welcome Bacup Borough to the Skuna Stadium in a friendly.
