We are seeking a passionate and motivated Volunteer Fundraiser to help us achieve our financial goals and support our team’s growth and development.
Role Overview: The Volunteer Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that support the club’s goals and enhance the fan experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events such as match day activities, fundraisers, community outreach programs, and special events.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote events and ensure maximum participation.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure necessary resources and support for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and volunteer coordination.
- Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
- Recruit, train, and supervise event volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve future events.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
