We are seeking a passionate and motivated Volunteer Fundraiser to help us achieve our financial goals and support our team’s growth and development.
Role Overview: As a Volunteer Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in raising funds to support our team’s activities, including training, equipment, travel, and community outreach programs. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement fundraising strategies, engage with potential donors, and organise fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, such as charity matches, auctions, and community events.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and sponsors.
- Create and distribute fundraising materials, including brochures, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and volunteers to maximize fundraising efforts.
Qualifications:
- Passion for football and community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for fundraising purposes.
